Selling Value in Healthcare has been designed for suppliers as an entry point to understanding how healthcare procurement operates and the principles of Value Based Procurement.
It will benefit Supplier employees from the whole spectrum of disciplines across medical device/medical IT and Pharma organisations that have a role in supporting the delivery of value to customers and is relevant to SME's through to large multi-national organisations in the UK and across global health systems.
Procuring Value in Healthcare has been created for a whole range of different disciplines within healthcare. Healthcare professionals who have got a real interest in transitioning health systems to value-based healthcare.
It aims to take the complexity out of procuring value and offers a practical approach that can be applied across both public and private funded healthcare organisations.

Practitioner Course
LCG have developed a unique knowledge transfer experience, that incorporates elements of both training and consultancy support to assist delegates identify and address “real world issues” involved in the adoption of Value Based Procurement.
There is a practitioner course designed for Healthcare organisations and one for suppliers of medical devices, IT solutions and Pharma.
