Members-Only Access

Who we are: Luach Consulting Group ("LuachCG", "we", "us", "our")


1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the members-only area, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or access the members area.


2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.


3. Members-Only Access and Availability

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access the members-only content for your internal business or personal use. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.


4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Share your login with others or permit unauthorised access
  • Copy, scrape, or systematically download content without our permission
  • Attempt to override security or interfere with site operations
  • Use the site for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes
  • Upload malware or harmful code

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.


5. Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, graphics, materials, logos, and trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Luach Consulting Group Ltd and protected by IP laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

If we provide downloadable materials, you may use them solely for your internal purposes and must retain all copyright notices.


6. User Content

If you upload or submit content (e.g., forum posts, comments, materials), you grant Luach Consulting Group Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display it for the purpose of operating the members area. You warrant that you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

We may remove content that breaches these Terms.


7. Fees (If Applicable)

If any part of the members area is paid:

  • Fees, billing periods, and renewal terms will be stated at checkout.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period (unless statutory rights apply).


8. Third-Party Services

The members area may integrate third-party services (e.g., analytics, video hosting). Their use may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.


9. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data and your rights under UK GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018.


10. Disclaimers

The members area and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that content is free of viruses or other harmful components.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luach Consulting Group Ltd and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the members area. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.


12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Luach Consulting Group Ltd harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the members area.


13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via your profile or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, violate the Acceptable Use section, or create risk/legal exposure for us. On termination, your licence to access the members area ends immediately.


14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may be notified by email for registered members. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.


15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
